About Us

A mother and daughter duo.

Melba Sexton comes from a long line of Texas ranchers and grew up in the beef cattle industry. She believes that many operations need to be diversified to meet changing market demands. Her educational background from Southwest Texas State University includes a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Masters in Education, lending itself to easily teach others about agriculture and food production.

She has brought up her daughter, Meredith Caroselli, in the same agricultural lifestyle. Meredith's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Horticulture from Texas A&M University. She is also currently enrolled in their extended learning program for Financial Planning. Growing up in the beef cattle industry like her mother, she understands the importance of financial planning in the agricultural community.
